PSOOPS tech tips
Problem:
User was in the PSOOPS order screen. User pressed F1 to select vendor. After pressing enter on vendor, user received an error "Cannot Open File C1721.ICF" User exited PSOOPS, when he came back into the order screen the vendor was listed in the field and they could completed the purchase order.
Solution:
Increase the FILES= command to FILES=50 in the config.sys. On win 2000 or NT workstations you would open the Config.nt in the c:\windows\system32 folder and increase the FILES=40 to FILES=50.

Some times purchase orders don't print, other times they do with no problem.
Solution:
Check to make sure your Home Directory is set to the correct drive.

Unable to create purchase requisitions.
Solution:
Check to make certain that purreq.tmp is not set to read only.
Problem:
If you are unable to create purchase requistions.
Solution:
Make sure purreq.tmp is set to read only.
Problem:
In purchase reqs, orders, the templates are POFRM.SPC and
POFRMC.SPC for POs without and with Custom items, and REQFRM.SPC
and REQFRMC.SPC for reqs without and with custom items.
Solution:
Having one of these in the OOPS dir immediately replaces the default.
