OOPS!® Technical Support - PMs


PM Schedule

Problem:
When user went to produce PM's, the system slowed down and it took much longer then usual to produce PM work orders.

Solution:
A new screen saver had been installed; when it started running it was halting the OOPS! processing. Option, uninstall screen saver or set it to come on after a longer period of inactivity.
